Sales Support

As well as office based support we can also offer face to face customer meetings, giving you direct access to our wealth of product knowledge. Along with our marketing material we also offer sales guides, comparison charts and other mediums to provide you with full support throughout the sales process. Our overriding aim is to give you all the tools necessary to provide high quality, cost effective telecoms equipment to a happy customer base and ultimately profit from selling agent products.

Warranty Information

Full support is provided by our team of experienced account managers who are available to help with any product enquiry. In the unlikely event there is a problem with our products, a 'no quibble' repair and replace warranty is in operation, so we can provide a quick resolution to any of your issues. We offer a minimum of 2 years warranty on our headset range (with the option of a 3rd year) and 3 years as standard on that AG headset range, and a standard 10 year warranty on all our business telephones.
