Single earpiece and with a noise cancelling feature, the agent 401 delivers high quality sound, enabling you to concentrate on the caller whilst also being aware of what's happening around you. It's extremely comfortable with an adjustable headband to match all head sizes. You can also choose to wear the microphone on either your right or left side.
